Over the weekend, I had a dream that involved answering a question that I was inquiring my subconscious mind about prior to me falling asleep. Only I didn’t write down the question and I didn’t focus on just one question prior to sleeping.
In my dream I am the observer as much as the participant. In other words, I am watching from above as though I am watching a play, but I am also acting in it and am aware of being in the scene. Right before I woke up, I hear a voice say loudly “The answer is yes.”
Great the answer is Yes! Only I didn’t know to which question the answer was to… As a mentioned earlier, not writing down the question before sleeping is step one to possible confusion ahead. Instead, as I went to sleep I was meditating and asked several questions about several different things as my mind more or less wandered during the not so focused meditation.
The positive note is an answer came just as I expected. My subconscious mind did as I asked. Figuring out which of my questions does the answer “Yes” pertain is where interpreting my dream will come in to play. Once I understand the dream scene I will be able to know which question the answer “yes” is to.
Dreamers, remember, remember, remember to write the question down and focus on the one question (not a bunch) while falling asleep, it will be much easier to understand your dream answer upon waking.
