Pray Psalm 4:8 before you go to sleep: Heavenly Father, as I prepare to sleep, I come before You. Your Word in Psalm 4:8 assures me that I can lie down in peace and sleep. For You alone Heavenly Father, make me dwell in safety. Tonight, I release the weight of today into your loving hands. I surrender my worries, my fears and my uncertainties about tomorrow. I trust in Your protection, knowing that You watch over me as I rest. Guard my dreams, Lord and fill them with your peace.
